Please advise me on photo Printing software.

I'm looking for software that will allow me to easily place photos around a sheet and print them so they stay in exactly the place I want them to on a standard 8x11 sheet of paper. It would be also be helpful if the software did auto sizing to make this process more simple. It would also be sweet if I could add text boxes to blank areas around where I place the photos, kinda like Publisher but more simple and without needing to have Office suite. I think I could also do this kind of thing with Adobe Acrobat, but again trying to avoid $500 purchase and have no need for the rest of what acrobat offers. I just need to be able to place a photo on a sheet exactly where I want it and have it stay there for printing, being able to create a template would be also be great but is not required.

Photoshop Elements is pretty versatile, and about 1/5 the cost.

Walgreen's does that for cheap. go to the website, upload photos- bingo. REady in about an hour.
