We've talked about this back in June. This was a very likely scenario if Biden Jumps in. Then the Hillary supporters are torn between the charismatic, and surely the Obama standard bearer in Biden versus the true progressive outsider in Sanders.

In fact, Hillary's campaign would become totally meaningless.

But Biden is not seeking the presidency, and Hillary is now the de facto standard bearer fr the Obama administration due to being his Sec. of State. Except for some major missteps on her part, Hillary should win the Dem nomination.
