Muslims (coming from Central Asian countries), this is why Kadyrov feels the need to support them publicly.

Kadyrov complaining about people detained without formalities... does he think he has shot for Nobel peace prize or something . Looks like Kadyrov hired professionals to manage this account. This is certainly not the way he has been speaking or posting traditionally. No way Kadyrov wrote this text himself. At least 120 "dons" are missing.
