Well...I doubt anything has been done or will be done to fix this problem, the reason being purely politically motivated. The IRS does not need congressional approval to amend the tax code, they need to simply close the loophole in its own procedure.

Why hasn't the House Republicans done anything?

I can understand the Senate Democrats... but I am pissed that the House Republicans have done nothing, not even held a single hearing that I know of.
