Actually Quid Pro Pedo Joe Biden has helped Russia immensely. Remember that the Obama/Biden administration handed Crimea to Putin on a silver platter when they orchestrated the 2014 coup against the democratically elected government in Ukraine and installed their neo-Nazi puppets in Kiev.
