That means also, all rights of and duties of US citizens... like jury duty, or eligible for army and combat, no more juvenile detention, but real prison, and right to buy a gun.

We are going the other way.

The voting age will be lowered if it's moved at all.

The age to buy a handgun will stay at 21. The age to buy a long gun will be raised.

It will generally become more difficult to buy and own firearms in this nation. It's time.
