House Republicans need to say,

"The economy continues to suffer from failed stimulus and a downgraded Presidency. The American people have spoken, they voted us in record numbers and now we must act even without the help of a do-nothing-but-make-things-worse President. Cut, Cap and Balance is now the law of the land. We will restore our credit, we will restore our economy.

God Bless America."
