Mojo Nixon, the unabashed cult favorite who recorded novelty hits like 'Elvis Is Everywhere' and 'Don Henley Must Die,' has died at the age of 66.

I don't know. I might have liked him more as a DJ on XM radio's Outlaw Country than his music but his music certainly had it's qualities.
