Roasting coffee beans

I have been roasting green coffee beans for a couple weeks now. I use my air popcorn popper and roast green coffee beans purchased on Amazon. It took me a few times to get the roasting right, but man it is awesome. The wife and kids absolutely love it too. It takes about 15-20 minutes to dark roast the beans and the smell is wonderful.

I haven't as yet. I suspect this could be a problem. Coffee flavored pop corn doesn't sound good.

I will just buy another popper for pop corn. The popper costs less than $20.

Some people seem to like just about anything coffee flavor. I, on the other hand, have never developed a taste for coffee anything. Different strokes for different folks.

The only beans I roast were hand-picked by 90 yr old Juan Valdez.
At least that's what the NFCGC claims. (National Federation of Coffee Growers of Columbia)
