It leads closer to the forming of two opposing economic powers in the world. Contrary to the propaganda, harm to Russia is a very slow process, if it's negatively affecting Russia's bottom line at all.
Russia's oil industry has been modified successfully to reach other markets and it's claimed to be booming. While America still claims that it will take more time to bring results against Russia.

Russia announced it will pay debts in Rubels. Russian national debt is low. It´s a sanction, not an economic measure.

The video talks about repairing the damage after the war and sanctions end, but there is no reason to think the war or sanctions will end in the foreseeable future. This is the new normal for Russia.
