Oh, if it was a clerk, the Justices will jump at the chance to lay the (well deserved) blame on anyone but a Justice. MSM is treating this situation as a yawner and that just proves they are fully in support of tearing down the nation's traditions and institutions as fast as possible, before they lose more power. By leaking this, there is very little chance that Roberts will be able to convince these 6 Justices to vote to continue Roe.

They'd be seen as caving to the mob, just as they were seen over the 2020 election. Credibility is ALL that court has. They have no power of enforcement. It would bring a Constitutional crisis but if one party is willing to actually use a mob to get their way, law means nothing any longer and states could simply refuse to follow any decisions set down by SCOTUS.
