Great interview that cleared many things up, however i think Lavrov got it totally wrong on Syria bordering on delusion still talking about Turkey as partners.

Well Russia has been talking to the Turks for years the Turks moved into Idlib years ago where they have been working with those Islamist head choppers, the ones Russia allowed to leave Aleppo after the City was liberated in 2016, they allowed them to settle in Idlib instead of killing the scumbags, they did a deal with Erdogan for a so called deconfliction zone which the terrorists never honoured the SAA were on a roll at that time to Idlib but were halted, so now those scumbags are on their way to Damascus, just today Erdogan said he hopes it won't be long before the so called Rebels are in Damascus, so there we have it this is the arsehole Russia trusted for some reason.
