Should The Secret Service Be Cut By 40% ??

If we must have a 40% reduction in our nations security shouldn't the same formula apply to presidential security?

Nobody likes Obama anyway. Think of the savings! If he wasn't president he would probably just get shot selling crack in Chicago. Or he would be in prison for shooting someone else. Do we really need to waste all that money protecting a black guy?
