Just as an example, cutting the MMR vaccine program from South of the border alone is going to cause outbreaks of Measles, Polio....
There are 800,000 crossings of the US -Mexico border a day. Yes a day...

The MAGA say it is just illegals but that is laughable... That would be 400,000 enter a day, just as an example. There are 50,000 traffic stops a day... So yes 8 times more people meet a US law officer just from Mexico to US (just one way and one country) than are stopped by cops during a day.

There is no way that border can be shut down without it being hugely expensive...

The Vaccine program for that region is $60m a year...
