So ISIS is building a caliphate

So you want the madman Gadhafi back in power? Is that not what Republicans claim about Democrats who say that Saddam Hussein shouldn't have been removed?

Should Obama have done nothing to help Libya depose a tyrant? How loud would Republicans be screaming that Obama is weak if he had done nothing?

Face it, fuckers. No matter what this black President does or does not do, you're going to hate him because he's black. Everything else that happens is just further proof to you that you are right for hating him for being black.

Gadhafi was isolated and impotent. He was completely contained and Obama helped Al Qaeda over throw him.

And Bush negotiated with Mo-mar. Reagan would not, gee things change...

Glenn Beck says that there are political groups among Muslims trying to reestablish a caliphate. He's called a nut job for it.

One of the most brutal killers is establishing a caliphate in Iraq as we speak, and now everyone knew they were trying to establish a Caliphate and Glenn is still a nutjob.

There are way too many people who don't process information well.

Give them an excuse?? Hello moron, we're the fucking infidels that they've sworn to destroy. I get it, you're punking me.

Don't be silly. Reagan and Obama are smarter than W. Bush.

It's not our fight.

If Obama had had his way, Assad would have been removed and the US would be evacuating their embassy in Syria.

As it stands now, Libya is a mess thanks to Obama.

Thing is, it might be just enough of a mess to serve our interest.

ISIS is part of Bush's plan...Bush was a genius! This is the beginning of a war between the Shiites and the Sunni. It is beautiful, when a plan comes together.
...............................................................

It is even good if it comes together by blind luck.

The last time the Sunnis and Shiites were at each other's throats, Henry Kissinger said it is just a shame that both sides can't lose.

If so, then our enemy will no longer be on the run...they will mobilize and have a more effective and productive safe haven environment to plot their terrorist moves. No worries though, it was just last week that Obama declared the world is less violent than ever.:cuckoo:

Less violent for us.

More violent for Muslims killing each other.

And once someone consolidates power, how long do you think before they will turn against us to create a common enemy and united their people?

Ah ... they are good at slaughtering women and children but consolidating power? Not so much without western help.

Fear can give people lots of power. It always collapses in the end, but it does give people power, often for several generations.

Why isn't there more condemnation of Saudi Arabia and Qatar? They're mega shit disturbers. They wanted Assad removed so they sent in faux rebels who were paid mercenaries and have armed terrorists.

I mean what could possibly go wrong? Like an invasion of Iraq by Sunni terrorists.

Saudis and Qatar really need a freaking smack down.

according to DHS and CNN.

Could have sworn that Glenn Beck was called a nutjob for calling this years ago. Funny how that works.

A Caliphate is? An area ruled by a Caliph, a religious ruler. Nothing mysterious or inherently evil about that. The early Mormons had their own little "caliphate" in Utah, didn't they? In a more anglosized term a large caliphate would be called an Empire. Empires were the historical norm not many years ago. Most of the European countries had their go at building Empires. Even America has had Imperial ambitions. The west has more or less given up it's ambitions of empire. Jihadists aren't here in the 21st century with the rest of us. They've been dreaming of a return to Empire for what? a thousand years?

The main probem with ISIS is they want a 6th or 7th century barbaric Empire ruled by 6th or 7th century ideology. Very fanatical and very murderous. I'm still hoping the rest of their mostly Muslim neighbours will stamp them out.

At this point however, the most frightening thing is.....we really do not know........(I shall ignore your name, as always).

I still think Glenn Beck is a kook. But even he was right on this one.

A kook. He was warning about a Global Caliphate and wanted everybody to prepare by buying extra food and get ready to hide in the hills or something.

We have 7,000 nuclear weapons.

The world should be afraid of us.

Obama has a pen and a phone. ISIS should be afraid of us.

I agree with you that one outfit wants "a 6th or 7th century barbaric Empire"...but their enemy...the other Islamic lunatics and savages who they are fighting..only want to advance Society by a century or two.

They are all barbarians, and one of the ridiculous mottoes that these Islamic barbarians have liked, through century after century of murder and mayhem is:

Death to the Inifdel!

That's us.

When these boys talk Caliphate today, they are talking about governance by a deep religious fervor (See mutilating womens genitals because of a small dick complex; cutting off heads for the smallest offence; blowing yourself up to get 72 virgins if you take a few Americans with you.)

The last time the Sunnis and Shiites were busy killling each other, Henry Kissinger said that it was a shame that both sides couldn't lose.

The are not a "common people", Avatar.

They are divided by religion, tribe, and clan.

That's the point.

They will keep killing as long as they have capacity to confront each other.

Beck's views might be controversial but it causes people to think. You don't have to agree but he does bring up topical points to consider.

Reagan sat back and watched the Shia and Sunni fight each other.

Reagan was smart.

So is Obama.
So you think its smart to sit back and let Islamic terrorists take over and oil rich country, and then figure out how and when to fatally attack the US and other Western nations?

And no, Reagan didn't just sit back. He sent Rumsfeld to help Sadam with weapons to ensure that Iran doesn't take over Iraq, remember? At that time Iran was considered a much more dangerous and dedicated enemy of the US than Iraq. The whole thing changed after the first Gulf War of course.

It's amazing how little people know, or remember. If you're going to compare Obama to anybody the closest you can get is Jimmy Carter. He's proven to be like a hundred times worse than Carter of course.

What would be smart is to stop instigating "Terrorists". These guys wouldn't be in danger of taking over IRaq if we hadn't toppled Saddam to start with.

And that was the problem, wasn't it. The Iranians picked a government we didn't like. So we were going to teach them by supporting a tinpot who would make war on them. They really weren't out to take over Iraq, in fact Iraq attacked them. So we armed this tinpot dictator, and he turned on us.

Same thing with Bin Laden. When he was killing Russians, Reagan called him a "Freedom Fighter". When he was killing Americans, he became a "Terrorist".

Bush was a lot worse than Jimmy Carter.

How many men came home in body bags on Carter's watch?
