The OAS as well as the EU have come out for replacing Meduro with Guiado. So aside from Cuba and Russia, and perhaps China (I don't know) most are well on board with sending Meduro into prison, if not exile of some sort.

And the reflexively partisan left (not all the left, perhaps) also seems to be against dumping the thug dictator Meduro for fear it will somehow accrue much credit to Donald Trump since he has been a leading advocate for Guiado assuming power in Venezuela.

Of course they would back Satan if they thought it would hurt Trump and as it turns out that's about how things have worked out.
