If we're going to throw facts out the window and legislate policy based strictly upon how someone feels... then how long before someone goes on a crime spree, gets caught, and challenges the charges because they feel they are a foreign national entitled to diplomatic immunity? (And no, I'm not talking about those "sovereign citizen" tards.)

If biology/science (chromosomes) doesn't matter, if legal documents (birth certificates/ID) don't matter, if established language doesn't matter (he/she/zhe/xim/zem/eggplant), if BASIC FACTS don't matter (boys have a penis, girls have a vagina) - then NONE of the current legal structure matters. You can throw the whole system into chaos and have precedent on your side.

Americans have the fundamental right to self-determination, to express themselves as they see fit, including transgender Americans.

The notion that respecting the rights of transgender Americans will somehow result in ‘crime’ fails as a ridiculous slippery slope fallacy.

Nobody is really worrying with that shit. And, there is a big reason for it.

Notice that the "Equality Act" proposed by the House went nowhere in a Hurry. The Equality Act is basically centered around these Freaks known
as Transgenders.

If passed an enacted into law, ALL women's sports would become unlawful. Millions of young girls could not engage in sports.
You couldn't have "Girls" Soccer. You could have Soccer but with no gender identification. Same with all sports. Track and Field
Swimming and Diving, Football, Baseball, Softball, whatever.

Colleges would love it. No more would they have to waste millions on non-revenue sports, that most women's sports are. No more would
there be a Title IX. (They'd all vote for that).

It would have zero affect on Men's sports. They are the Physically superior athlete. They know they will play.

In reality the libs have gone "one freak show too far." They push that shit and they are finished.
