The reason why I said that Jared Kushner not only seems to be the ACTUAL President now but also the American Secretary of State.

This is because it's not just The Donald doing about turns, it's also Rex Tillerson, both Trump and Tillerson will publicly comment something then just a few hours later they both will then publicly comment the opposite of what a few hours earlier they had commented.

So Tillerson will say at 2PM "Black is black", then at 4PM he'll say "No black is white"
