No Ivy Leaguer...he put himself through Notre Dame by driving a taxi. He was the runner-up to Gorsuch last time and even helped the President fake out the drive-by media by hopping in his car and heading to D.C. like he was the choice. They chased him for a hundred miles or so before he pulled off and headed back home.

I predict he'll get 55 votes.

Hardiman has a family connection to Trump....he clerked under the President's sister in the 3rd? Circuit. I agree they'd probably all be suitable but we can't take the chance of the pick going soft on us like Souter or Roberts. Ginsburg is 85 so Trump could have a third pick at any moment....6-3 has a nice ring to it.
