telling the truth helps your health

read the study

I read your link. Your link is not to the study. It is to USA Today... USA Today is not an academic outlet. The 'study' says 'can'. 'Can' is not 'does'. Your thread title is a lie. I am shocked. Not.

Also... from your link...
The study has not been peer reviewed.
Do you know what that means?

read the study.

anyone who practices truth knows this to be true before even seeing this study.

It doesnt surprise me you have no idea that its a basic truth

We should all heed this advice. Whether it's "can" or "does"..

What else did your doctor recommend TM???

(Just messin with you)...

Being honest makes you a better person.

Having mountains of money or being poor has no baring on honesty

some just dont think telling the truth makes you a better person.

I see nobody wanting an argument.

What I see are a bunch of people getting a good chuckle out one of the forum's biggest bold-faced liars, carrying on about the health benefits of truth telling.
