Other states do not “need” illegal aliens. They are a huge financial burden, lower property values, ruin the caliber of public education, and of course include criminals among them.

And since it was the Biden Administration who flew open the welcome gates and enticed the illegals to swarm in, it is unreasonable to expect Texas to pay to remedy it.

Elon Musk had worked illegally in the U.S, citing "former business associates, court records and company documents."

US workforce is very old & unable to bring all manufacturing back inside this country without foreign workers coming to rebuild it.

A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of Texas in its dispute with the Biden administration over the state’s putting razor wire along the border with Mexico.​

The 2-1 decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans both lifts a federal judge’s injunction last year against Texas building any new razor-wire barriers along the Rio Grande and allows the state to sue the federal government for trespassing to cut previous wires.​

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott cheered the decision on social media Wednesday evening.​

In writing the decision for the panel majority, Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan said Texas was not overstepping its legal bounds by regulating the U.S. Border Patrol. ​

The Trump appointee said the state was protecting its own and its residents’ property.​

The public interest “supports clear protections for property rights from government intrusion and control” and ensuring that federal immigration law enforcement does not “unnecessarily intrude into the rights of countless property owners,” he wrote.​

The appeals court has two other cases involving Texas and the federal government fighting over immigration-related issues — one about whether the state can keep a 1,000-foot floating barrier on the Rio Grande and another about a state law allowing for the arrest and prosecution of people in the U.S. illegally.​
