The Big Lie About Nuclear Waste

My link is directly from the NEI. I worked in environmental intelligence on Chernobyl when it happened when I was active duty in the Air Force.
That don't matter, I worked on the primary coolant loop of nuclear reactors my entire life. I know the difference between black and white as well as a pwr bwr or rmbk

Good for you. The experts disagree.

One is not an expert
We have zero Soviet design types of reactors
Of course one does not need a website to use common sense and make an intelligent choice. Can you see the difference in these 2 diagrams. One of a pwr the other chernobyl

I deleted that comment. I still do not understand why there is such a vast difference.
It is military vs civilian
I have no idea about older nuclear designed military.
The new design, in the Virginia class subs are not refueled. They last 30 years without needing fuel.

Older designs need a lot more maintenance as well. Civilian or military. New designs use new materials.

Yeah, you've said that. Good for you! want a cookie? :abgg2q.jpg:
Sure, I want a cookie. It is fucking great what I have worked on. Commercial Nuclear reactors. The Virginia class and Columbia class submarines. Even the Los Angeles class.

I just worked on a Fusion reactor getting built by Bill Gates and MIT.

Now I am at SpaceX

SpaceX gives us free cookies

Sounds like a lot of fun! I am envious, seriously!

Commercial nuclear reactors are pretty boring fir the type of work is do. It was cool to go inside but analyzing data is tedious repetitive boring.

The fusion reactor i only worked on parts for the super magnetic so that is all I saw. Repetitive and a bit boring

Submarines were cool, rockets are cool as well

I was supposed to be a Navy reactor operator but went to college on scholarship instead. Wound up as a steam propulsion plant engineering officer.
