At least under the ADA which has stepped forward to protect the rights of the blind to carry guns.

Well hon, look at it this way ...

You can also buy a hunting license even if you never plan to use it.

That way, if a deer breaks into your house, you can blast the life out of him without fear of legal repercussions.

As for being blind, if you're familiar with hunting, you know the phrase, "sound shot". A good working definition would be - don't go into the woods during hunting season.
