The Boss is back on Broadway!

I'm sure he will do a good job pretending to be an actor on Broadway.
After all, he's been faking being a singer/musician on stage for decades. ... :cuckoo:
Bruce has no pretension of being an actor.
He’s a storyteller..
If you’re not interested in his early hard knock life in Jersey or his love for their people…
Then don’t fucking go!
First three shows are already sold out so fuck you :)

One would think with Bruce's waning popularity he would not want to limit audience participation.
Every night will be sold out loon. Same as last time :)

Is he going to make unvaccinated people sit in the balcony like your fellow DemoKKKrats used to do with blacks at movie theaters?
Nope, they won’t get in. Thankfully 70% of NY & NJ will be fully vaxed by showtime :)

Papers please!!! You're a good DemoKKKrat.

I will go with AC/DC any day.
Lol, you only like schoolboys.
And talk about a dude who can’t sing?

Angus is the lead guitarist had to fix that his late great brother Malcom was the rhythm guitarist Angus was still not lead singer typical liberal response uninformed and wrong.
Worst singer - like EVA!!
Colts Neck NJ isn’t country?
Okee
I said, HE said he'd move OUT OF THE COUNTRY. NJ is still in the U.S. Why isn't he living in Australia like he said would? Wassamatta? Can't read and comprehend properly?
oh stfu

"Bruce Springsteen is the most overrated musician in history, followed closely by Jon Bon Jovi, who apes Bruce’s style while spending more time on his hair."
"Bruce Springsteen has spent his whole career rewriting the same “story” as a song. Here’s every Springsteen song rolled into one:

"Becky’s dad doesn’t approve of the guy she’s dating, probably named Johnny, but she’s not going to let that stop their love. The factory has closed or is about to, making life in this small town even tougher than it was before. The young lovers are going to meet somewhere, probably on the outskirts of town, and go off to start their lives together, even though the odds are stacked against them. (Cue the guitar or horns.)"

I guess Bruce will get the 'tin ear' musically challenged audience. His popularity is mostly all promo and no show. OR as they say in Texas...."All hat and no cattle."
Lol 20 albums sold out shows he ain't gunna miss you not being there. Hilarious

Much the same can probably be said for Conway Twitty or Arthur Fielder and the Boston Pops, Radio Shack Edition. All that proves is that most people are along the BOTTOM of the bell curve, not at its crest.
Meh, we like what we like. I am not going to ding Conway Twitty fans. They like I hope they get to go see him. In a normal year I see likely 70 concerts. Not all those artists are my favorite but I have a good time every time. I do not let politics effect my entertainment what so ever. If I can have good time at the venue I really don't care what their views are. Hell my son tries to stuff his views down my throat but I still go to every show I can manage. I do spend more time with the other members of his band than him. I hold out hope some day he gets over that LSD. like David Lee Roth he has that lead singers disease. Love the kid but he can try my patience.

I saw him once back at his peak, the show was okay, but once was enough for me. Not on my list of performers to whom I will willingly give my money. I saw Neil Diamond around the same time, much better show, it's a shame he's been forced to retire. Billy Joel has more talent and put on a better show... a lot of performers do...

But there is no denying that Springsteen does have a devoted following. To each their own. I'm certain there are plenty of people who have no appreciation for Jimmy Buffett. I don't hold it against them, it's not their fault they're wrong...
I saw Buffet in Boise 2018. Wasn’t a Parrothead prior, but DAWG .. He was fun!!

Right? I've seen him numerous times and every show was a blast. From tailgating before to the show itself. And his best songs aren't even the ones he's known for. I've always been left with the impression that he truly appreciates his fans, I know I've seen more than one group or artist that left me feeling like they were just going through the motions... but never Jimmy.

I always tell people, if you like even one Buffett song, go see him live. You'll be a fan for the rest of your life.

Boss of the DUI
Does this mean you will no longer support Pedo Matty?

Therein lies an issue. What are the limits? Is a DUI comparable to being a Drug Addict? How many people in their lives have driven with a few drinks? How many have smoked a joint or popped a pill or snorted a line of something? So what are the limits? It is clear since the 1960's there was a massive increase in the use of drugs. A lot of people are screwed up a bit from overuse.

Okay thank you (for once) So you aren’t exorcising Boss for one DUI? Cool! :cool-45:

Hey Bluey, did you know that Springsteen performed in Russia? Collusion, right?

Jimmy took me to a happy place. I’m still there!!

But you’ll need to show your CDC vax card, which will leave many out at The Darkness on the Edge of Town. ;)

Admit it, you work for the Pharmaceutical industry, don't you? :eusa_think:

Nope, I merely support the absolute right of this theater to ask for CDC vax cards on entry.

In a normal year I see likely 70 concerts.

That's a concert every 5 days and about $5,000 - $6,000 a year. I'm sure Ticketmaster must love you! :SMILEW~130:
They like me. I get many of the tickets for free from qFM the classic rock station here in town. When I was still appraising houses my biggest client was their largest advertiser. I appraised every on air talents house at one time or another. Then I see my son play likely 20 times a year.
