Can trashing regulatory drag double or triple GDP growthrates. Yes but with a probable six month lag as the laborforce tools up to expand. With discouraged workers coming back into the labor force could we see 4-6% gdp growth? for 2-3 years, yes . But during that time the quality of the average returnee to the labor force will decline. At some point it will not pay to hire another worker rather than a robot or other form of automation.
Then there is the matter of customers. The world's labor force fraction is declining in the Far East and Europe and will start declining in the third world soon. So who do we sell to? Real good question.
