Your argument isn’t just wrong--it’s a flaming parade float of dumb, crashing through the gates of logic wearing a ‘Kick Me’ sign.
To say a judge is either stupid or dishonest because they were overturned is the kind of thought that only survives in the wild because natural selection takes smoke breaks. You’ve boiled down centuries of legal nuance, precedent, and constitutional complexity into a toddler’s tantrum about not getting his way.
Let’s be clear: You didn’t make a point--you belched up a bumper sticker and called it jurisprudence.
You want a judiciary that never disagrees with itself? Congratulations, that’s not a legal system. That’s a dictatorship with paperwork.
And the irony? You’re so busy accusing judges of incompetence that you didn’t stop to consider you’ve got the critical thinking skills of a wet sponge and the civic literacy of a shoehorn. Hell, you couldn’t find Article III with a flashlight and a map.
Judges get overturned because the law is complicated. You wouldn’t know complicated if it climbed into your lap and started reading Miranda rights in pig Latin.
So do us all a favor: if you're going to swing at the Constitution, try reading it first--slowly, with adult supervision. Otherwise, you're just another angry tourist screaming at the Supreme Court building like it owes you change for the vending machine.
