Here is Jesus (via Matthew) taking talmudic ideas and repeating them in his teachings. Seems like a pretty clear endorsement of what the talmud says.

He is confused by the fact that the Babylonian Talmud and
Jerusalem talmud were compiled ----collated----in the early
"AD" era. ----sorta like claiming that an anthology of AESOP's
tales constitutes AUTHORSHIP in England by OXFORD's classics.
