So the Marxists/Fascists used the government to imprison anyone who dared disagree with the Joe Biden admin. Now when it looks like President Trump will be the 47th President, all the Leftists are in a panic, thinking that they could have that 4am wake up call.



Of course it can all be avoided if they just follow this important information.

Here's the difference: the narrative that Biden had Trump charged is fact-free. Its a story Trump made up and his followers repeated. There's zero evidence that Biden ordered Trump charged with anything. With plenty of evidence that Trump was charged based on the evidence.

Trump has said that HE would be justified in throwing his political opponents in jail if re-elected. And uses the fact-free narrative that Joe Biden has to justify doing it.

A perfect demonstration of the adage "Every conservative accusation is a confession."
 
I don't see any of that in the final ruling that they voted on. You're talking about the original arguments. The SC ruled the president has "substantial" immunity for acts in office, not total immunity. Why do you lie?
That was in the dissenting opinion filed with the majority opinion at the conclusion, long after arguments were completed and states the reason for the dissent. The truthfulness is not questioned. The majority just doesn't think it makes a difference.

What this ruling today did was kick the case back down to U.S. District Court to be determined in Judge Chutkan's court whether or not certain conversations and actions were in fact "official" or not.
Look for this "mini-trial" to begin before August.

So, how is any of this a real "win" for Trump?

It is a win in a sense. If trump is elected, he can just tell his Attorney General to drop all federal cases against him, and he will be protected under the new ruling. Again, he's not running to be president. He's running to stay out of jail.

The SCOTUS has simply kicked it back down to the circuit court for Tanya Chutkan to determine which were and which weren't....and that's a no brainer.
the Jan. 6th Committee has already determined that.
His only "official duty" at that point was to participate in the smooth transition of power to his successor....and he failed.

Chris Matthews told them that Trump was going to round them up and put them in front of a firing squad and, of course, they believed it. Another poster on here just told me that Trump slipped something in Biden's drink before the debate and he was serious. TDS has left them all with no brains. However, quoting these people, no one should be above the law and we should show them that we totally agree with that.
