Trump is reforming the stupid parts of DC.
Reversing EOs is a one off. The supply of stupid EOs is seen as a large but finite problem. The 1988-2016 competition to be the worst president ever is over and the Stupid EO inventory is being depleted fast.

Deregulation is another but consider coal. Will coal fields stay coal fields? Coal contains methane and it can also be converted to liquid fuel just add thermite. Many areas of deregulation have too many costs for changing back but new technologies are also impeded by the old regs. Getting rid of the old regs leads to new industries more often than a return to the past. Getting rid of stupid regs runs up against the fact that converting stupid regs into smart regs will eventually lead to almost all smart regulations.

Getting rid of the Trotskyite deep state and reducing the size of the bureaucracy is mainly a problem of finding R/TEA/Freedom advocates within the existing bureaucracy and putting them in the most responsible positions they can handle. But Trump is slowly coming to that realization and that is likely to be the theme of much of the rest of his term in office.

However the big non-repeatables are the tax bill; repeal and replace and the wall.

The migrations set off by the tax bill will almost certainly lead to construction based double digit GDP growth.

Repeal and replace with federal supervision/regulation of health insurance is already leading to attempts at vertical integration in the health industry from drugs to physicians under the same insurance company. Something similar to the auto industry in 1929 will be the result with a price point for everybody will result.

The wall and more ICE/border agents with merit based immigration laws will ramp up employment.

All good ideas for working stiffs but what encore is possible? None really.
