Probably someone ought to acknowledge that CIA Director Petraeus admitted to leaking secret and classified documents. The outcome was probation and a fine. Comparing and contrasting would be like a scandal after someone dropped a penny in a Synagogue, and some North Koreans got to it first(?). The actual commentaries would question whether or not an act of genuine Christian Charity had occurred(?), or if someone had sent information in an email--potentially able to become classified(?).

Speaker Boehner intended an outcome. Many would suggest that even Vince McMahon intends outcomes all the time(?)!
