No more an important key feature of a Presidency of the
United States than to keep and maintain the public's trust.
Unless one likes the notion of disregarding use of the
title { United States }. Got how that works.Kinda simple, actually.
Once a President loses hold of the Public's Trust, all hell can
break loose.Especially once a country such as The United States
has worked so hard in maintaining the title of Superpower.
Not easily handed-out like cub scout merit badges.Which MSNBC is
in the throes of attempting to do.Along with their manifest use of
lies concerning a Presidency. But then again we're dealing with obvious
liars,and nincompoops.Taking and promoting a sour delight,a
political sugar'd grief by breaching reason and baiting fools
with far less than noble wits.A sort of inevitable gradualness of
Unamericanism,where beggarmen,thieves and tommyknockers
run free and unabated. On Purpose.Where genius is in the act of
pretending.Like getting away with stealing goods in high profile
department stores.Or acting out how smart in attempts at being
inventive but never wise, heaven forbid philosophical let alone ethical.
No such thing woulda been premitted under the previous Presidency.
Maybe why John F. Kennedy was quoted in
Profiles in Courage with :
" I would rather be in my grave than in the Presidency. "

" A man who never trusts himself never trusts anyone. "
" The most distrusting persons are often the greatest dupes. "
