The State of Palestine

Israel has borders defined in forty eight. After the declared wars and defenses it has taken land from those who have attacked it and expanded some of the borders.

That's simply reality. To be negotiated, or not.

That is a common misperception. All the maps you see show Israel inside the 1949 armistice lines. These lines are commonly called the green line or 67 borders. However, the 1949 armistice agreements specifically state that the armistice lines are not to be considered national or political borders. They merely define areas of occupation inside Palestine's borders. Egypt was to occupy the Gaza Strip, Jordan was to occupy the West Bank, and Israel was to occupy the rest. In no way did the armistice lines change Palestine's international borders that were defined by the League of Nations in 1922.

Palestine's borders are the same as they were in 1922.

Israel has no borders.

The '49 armistice agreements do not constitute permanent borders and preserved Israel's territorial claims under the terms of the binding Palestine Mandate assigning all of Palestine to the Jewish homeland.

Try to remember

Israel destroyed the mandate homeland for the Jews.

Complete gibberish, your default position when unable to respond knowledgeably, which is ususally the case.

This is why you have zero reputational points after all this time. Sux being you:lol:

Of course, the mandate is always "destroyed", or ended, when the Mandate country becomes a nation. This was the case for Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria.

Well, no. The British Mandate terminated, but, the Palestine Mandate, the trust which the British were charged with implementing to establish the Jewish homeland, has never been revoked.

Section I. "The Constitution"

It has been urged that the expression "a national home for the Jewish people" offered a prospect that Palestine might in due course become a Jewish State or Commonwealth. His Majesty's Government do not wish to contest the view, which was expressed by the Royal Commission, that the Zionist leaders at the time of the issue of the Balfour Declaration recognised that an ultimate Jewish State was not precluded by the terms of the Declaration. But, with the Royal Commission, His Majesty's Government believe that the framers of the Mandate in which the Balfour Declaration was embodied could not have intended that Palestine should be converted into a Jewish State against the will of the Arab population of the country. That Palestine was not to be converted into a Jewish State might be held to be implied in the passage from the Command Paper of 1922 which reads as follows

"Unauthorized statements have been made to the effect that the purpose in view is to create a wholly Jewish Palestine. Phrases have been used such as that `Palestine is to become as Jewish as England is English.' His Majesty's Government regard any such expectation as impracticable and have no such aim in view. Nor have they at any time contemplated .... the disappearance or the subordination of the Arabic population, language or culture in Palestine. They would draw attention to the fact that the terms of the (Balfour) Declaration referred to do not contemplate that Palestine as a whole should be converted into a Jewish National Home, but that such a Home should be founded in Palestine."

But this statement has not removed doubts, and His Majesty's Government therefore now declare unequivocally that it is not part of their policy that Palestine should become a Jewish State. They would indeed regard it as contrary to their obligations to the Arabs under the Mandate, as well as to the assurances which have been given to the Arab people in the past, that the Arab population of Palestine should be made the subjects of a Jewish State against their will.

I say we need to kick the damned Moslems straight to hell, who the fuck are they any how.

It is interesting to see how the fools support the arabs, here we have a people who worship a rock, the moslem's greatest goal is to dance around a rock that is a meteor, they cover their woman in cloth so nobody can see their face and we protect these fools.

Seriously, Moslem men historically are perverts, many stories attest the rape of young boys, I am not trolling, its the truth, Lawrence of Arabia alludes to this. There are stories of the Taliban preventing the rape of young boys.

Moslems are sexual repressed, they never see a woman other than their mother so when the do see a smooth, young boy, its the closest they have ever come to seeing a woman.

Look it up, this in not a flame or a troll.

There are dozens of stories on the web and written in history.

Of course we should not fight Islam, Islam will murder all homosexuals, Islam will murder any women who cheats, woman are property in Islam, Islam is the perfect male chauvinistic society.

man rules, woman work.

The history of Islam is the men raided other tribes, the woman constructed the tents, fed the camels and sheep, and kept out of sight of all men.

how perfect is that.

Further in Islam men can marry 8 year old girls, how great is that, if you have money, in Islam you can have a dozen 8 year old girl brides. No more tired, used, western woman, further you can murder a woman if she disobeys the husband.

Islam in its purest form is a perfect society.

Section I. "The Constitution"

The British White Paper was non-binding and, in fact, constituted a violation of the Palestine Mandate's "mandate" to permit full Jewish immigration into the land with the objective of the League of Nations to establish the Jewish homeland.

The White Paper was not superceded by the binding Palestine Mandate nor were the British empowered to alter its terms unilaterally without League of Nations approval.

Your website is also BOGUS. No wonder you have zero reputational points.

The White Paper merely clarified the mandate. It did not change it.

You're severely uneducated, which is why you have zero reputational points.

The White Paper suppressed Jewish immigration to the Holy Land during Nazi Germany, leading to the deaths of untold millions of Jews.

The White Paper was a flagrant violation of the terms of the Palestine Mandate permitting full Jewish immigration and the establishment of the Jewish homeland.

The British were not empowered to alter or clarify the Palestine Mandate. They were merely trustees charged with implementing the Palestine Mandate trust

So they basically did what the Jews did. They just did it 5 months later(Israel was declared at 14 May 1948).And the Jews didn't claim the whole of Palestine ...

There are some major differences.

Palestine was declared by natives with the right to self determination.
Israel was declared by foreigners without that right.

Palestine's population were natives.
Israel's population were recent imports.

Palestine has international borders.
Israel has none.
