So how stupid are the Germans? They've released the only suspect because of "lack of evidence" to tie him to the attack. Even though eye witnesses chased the perp and identified the man. Gee, could it had been the refugee fleeing the scene? No, according to officials, because he didn't have wounds or blood on him or a gun. Why would they assume he should be injured or have blood on him, since the giant truck did all the damage? He couldn't had ditched the gun after killing the driver earlier in the afternoon? And of course he denied any involvement, that's good to know, since perps never lie about doing crimes.

The German state is too afraid of the backlash, they don't want this attack to be Islamic and refugee related. Sounds like they are looking for any excuse to not blame a Muslim.
