The bottom line...
This is directly against the 1st amendment. We still care about those things, right?
It would be believable that you guys are actually for "free speech" if not for all the times you BDS Muslim Brotherhood Ape types would riot every time an Israeli professor was invited to speak at a university. Now that you realized that two can play this game and the other side is much better at it, your crocodile tears of fake outrage are coming down your terrorist worshiping face.

Kleenex, Achmed Louie? Here, I just wiped with it. :lmao:

Protesting someone isn't a 1st amendment violation. You gotta work on that.

Try a fine up to 1 million dollars and 20 years in prison...

So you clearly ARE making shit up. But that's what we've come to expect from your anti-American, gentile hating ass.

Try a fine up to 1 million dollars and 20 years in prison...

Show it in the actual text of the law.

If it's a dine of $1 and a slap on the wrist its still against the 1st amendment.

That's still the document we use for rights, isn't it?

If it's a dine of $1 and a slap on the wrist its still against the 1st amendment.

Show me the fine in the law.

support for Israel in both Houses and the American public is very high.
We need to get israel's agents out of our government, we agree there. HELL, THE WHOLE WORLD AGREES HERE.

As far as the American people, they are losing their patience and this is clear in the American jewish community as well. The bottom line here is that real Americans value free speech and this law CLEARLY VIOLATES OUR FIRST AMENDMENT.
Who is we, Achmed? You don't speak for the American people. The American people are sick and tired of BDS assholes like you infringing upon other people's freedoms.

Rioting and destroying property in order to squelch other people's freedom of speech is.

No, we the American people are tired of people with dual allegiance like you that put Israel first, over the U.S.A.

They can't make BDS illegal so they try to back door a bunch of shit.

These attempts have been biting the dust in the courts.

I researched at your link.
No mention of fine or felony.

Were you drunk posting? Stupid? Or lying?

I vote all 3.
None of that, illiterate.

If only your link weren't proof of your lies.
If only you knew how to use a link and be able to comprehend what you read.

I read the link.
The word fine.....not there.
The word felony.....not there.

If you have a different link that has those in the text of the law, post it.

Otherwise, we can all see that you're a liar.

Sorry, folks, but let me dispose of this troll so the adults can continue discussing this topic.

From the bill you claimed to have read: “(j) Violations of section 8(a).—Whoever knowingly violates or conspires to or attempts to violate any provision of section 8(a) or any regulation, order, or license issued thereunder shall be fined in accordance with section 206 of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1705).”.

Now we click that link and continue reading that: A civil penalty may be imposed on any person who commits an unlawful act described in subsection (a) in an amount not to exceed the greater of-

(1) $250,000; or

(2) an amount that is twice the amount of the transaction that is the basis of the violation with respect to which the penalty is imposed.

(c) Criminal penalty

A person who willfully commits, willfully attempts to commit, or willfully conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of, an unlawful act described in subsection (a) shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $1,000,000, or if a natural person, may be imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both.

Bye.

Bye.

Moron.
If the new, proposed bill doesn't say criminal penalty, because it only says fine, then there is no criminal penalty.

A 20 year sentence is punishment for a felony.
And ON TOP OF THAT OBVIOUS FACT, it's a federal offense so you can spend decades in one of the worst prisons on earth for exercising free political speech and telling the zionist animals NOT ONE MORE DOLLAR FOR YOUR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!
