And the Turtle got a possibility of five votes to possibly say Congress and the Potus cannot enact taxes and single payer HC, although that might bring about a constitutional crisis.
Ryan got two tax cuts, neither of which are politically popular despite an economy that by post-stagflation numbers is very good, and he was Teapartied from his own district. And he failed in privitizing Medicare and doing something with Soc Sec.
