There were two pilots in the chopper.

PIC steers the ship and manages the copilot. The Copilot told her of her breaking orders of altitude limits, as well as the control tower who also informed her, as well as the pre-flight briefing told her the altitude to fly at....all of them repeatedly told her but SHE solely made the decision to break orders.

Pilot in Command is not what you are making it out to be. This wasn't a mistake or an oopsie. This was a flagrant violation of orders after repeated requests by multiple people who tried everything but physically fighting and restraining the Pilot in Command (AKA: mutiny...which is a court Marshall offense punishable with capital punishment)

She was a DEI hire/promotion who had no business being the PIC due to her attitude alone....much less her inexperience.

Not a single soul believes the crap you are selling.
