1) May not know until the end of the week.
2) None. But you can be sure that Trump and the GOP will make an all out assault to disqualify as many ballots as they can..by whatever means they can.
Funny, I don't remember any Democrats making the same accusations in 2016, or trying to disqualify ballots, or claiming that the election is "rigged", or claiming that the vote has been tampered with.
3) I would guess none. Because Trump may not win. But hey, if he loses...you might actually see dancing on rooftops....for real.
