This is sickening

If the babies took a breath after they were born, )the pathologist should be able to determine that) then she will be charged with murder.

If Utah has the death penalty, this woman will be waiting for a needle in her arm.

What does a breath have to do with anything? Is that something from law or your religion?

Ask yourself, what is the difference between a child 1 week before its first breath and one second after?

I bet the police post her pic and ask if anyone ah emm come and talk with them
I doubt she'll get the death penalty but a religious community like PG as some like to call it, will not take much pity on her

Depends on how the state of UTAH defines personhood. Generally, it is when the baby takes a breath.

Babies have oxygen delivered to them via the umbilical cord. So even when they're in the mother's womb they are taking in oxygen which is technically "breathing." Murder is murder whether in the womb or out. Generally speaking, only folks who are guilty of that sort of murder (abortion) seek to justify it. Every murderer in the State Pen have good reason why they killed their victims.

They are not using their lungs to breath air. Big difference.

Here is the current law in Utah regarding fetal homicide laws. Not sure if it will apply in this case, but here you go:

Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-201 et seq. declares that a person commits criminal homicide if the person intentionally, knowingly, recklessly causes the death of another human being, including an unborn child at any stage of its development. This law was amended by 2010 Utah Laws, Chap. 13 (HB 462) to specify that a person is not guilty of criminal homicide of an unborn child if the sole reason for the death of the unborn child is that the person refused to consent to medical treatment or a cesarean section, or failed to follow medical advice. The amendment also states that a woman is not guilty of criminal homicide of her own unborn child if the death of her unborn child is caused by a criminally negligent act or reckless act of the woman and is not caused by an intentional or knowing act of the woman. The amendment also clarifies that criminal homicide constitutes aggravated murder (as defined by § 76-5-202) if the actor intentionally or knowingly causes the death of another under several circumstances, including if the victim was younger than 14 years of age, but that this does not apply to an unborn child.

Can't make head to tail of that, but from what I understand, its illegal to harm a fetus, with the exception of abortions.

It's unfathomable that her husband, her other children, or her neighbors didn't know.
She's pregnant, gives birth in her home, kills her baby then puts him in a cardboard box in the garage? Seven times? And nobody knew?

Her husband was obviously blind, stupid, or knew exactly what she was doing and may have even helped.

No way could someone have not twigged, especially after seven times.

Didn't her doctor ever discover she had been pregnant?

Let's end all murder by changing the laws. Isn't that easy. What is right or wrong is defined by what is written in law, right?

She has just admitted to killing 6 of the 7 babies. I find it hard to believe any living with her did not know. Apparently her husband was in jail? So who got her pregnant?

If she admitted to it, she should get seven life sentences.
