Under the corrupt Obama administration, the Justice Department has been thoroughly politicized and thoroughly corrupted.
All 93 United States Attorneys, and all Assistant United States Attorneys, should be required to turn in a letter of resignation.
The Trump team can then interview each and determine who stays and who goes.
The Justice Department refused to prosecute hate crimes against white people, intimidation and violence against white voters, the Fast and Furious scandal, the IRS scandal, the Benghazi scandal, and has basically allowed the entire federal government to get away with rampant corruption without fear of criminal prosecution.
Assistant Attorney Generals enjoy civil service protection, so those who refuse to resign should be investigated for unethical behavior by their local state bar associations. Most will be found guilty of something and disciplined.
