WASHINGTON — Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but said in a report released Thursday that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that part of the reason he wouldn't charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an "elderly man with a poor memory" who would be sympathetic to a jury. After all, you just can't take a dementia patient to court, for obvious reasons.

Upon hearing this, Trump told a crowd at a rally that he was really looking forward to running for the Senate and beating Obama for his seat in Chicago. And then said that he conferred with Ronald Reagan yesterday who said he thought he had a good shot at winning. Trump then went on a bizarre rant about his hairy legs and children rubbing down his legs at a public pool where he used to lifeguard.

All charges were then subsequently dropped against the former President.

It is. Anyone who's watch any of Trump's rallies knows that he's sharp as a tack. He likes to go off script sometimes, but that just shows that he's a real person, not some stuffed-suit bureaucrat.
