A federal judge ruled Wednesday that a second man must be returned from the El Salvador mega prison where he was hastily deported by President Donald Trump’s administration in March.

The man, referred to in court documents by the pseudonym Cristian, was among those swept up by immigration officials and flown to a brutal facility where inmates are told they will never leave. Cristian, age 20, is a native of Venezuela.

The Trump administration has already been ordered to “facilitate” the return of another man who was on the flights, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, although he has remained in El Salvador while the administration fights to keep him there.

In Cristian’s case, Trump-appointed Judge Stephanie Gallagher nodded to Abrego Garcia and said “this Court will order Defendants to facilitate Cristian’s return to the United States."

At some point they need to not be listened to. They will destroy the nation. It is kind of stupid that low level judges control us all. Can Republican judges' rules against these judges? We are fortunate we still have fiat currency to grease the wheels of the Progressive Socialist Communist Oligarchy as when it is more austere, they are going to cause massive areas of impoverished and violent areas in this nation.

When the government tramples on individual rights, the courts are often the only recourse. Without an independent judiciary, our nation would be at risk of sliding into autocracy.

The idea that district courts could somehow destroy the country is misguided. Every ruling by a district court is subject to review and potential reversal by appellate courts. Moreover, the Supreme Court has the authority to overturn decisions from any lower court. And while federal judges, including those on the Supreme Court are appointed for life, they can still be impeached by Congress.

The real threat to our democracy lies in the power of the presidency. Under the pretext of a national emergency, courts have historically granted the president sweeping, unchecked authority. In such times, a president may bypass minor laws and established protocols. However, even in an emergency, the Constitution and the rule of law represent a boundary no president is allowed to cross.

If a president begins to ignore or sidestep court orders and Congress refuses to act, we are no longer dealing with legal debate but a constitutional crisis. And at this moment, we are perilously close to that point.

The Chief Justice of United States Supreme Court John Roberts in his decision clearly stated that the Right To Due Process had to followed.

It does not matter under our Constitution where that person comes from or how that person entered our country, under our system of laws that person or persons unknown still have the Right To Due Process.

The three cases raise questions about who is being deported, and why, and come amid a battle in federal courts over whether President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown has gone too far and too quickly at the expense of fundamental rights.

Lawyers in the cases described how the women were arrested at routine check-ins at ICE offices, given virtually no opportunity to speak with lawyers or their family members and then deported within three days or less.
