So, any armed store defender has to assume that their life is in danger when their store is under attack. Trump didn't say that... He clearly said to shoot looters for looting... So if you are standing on top of the roof of your shop you should be allowed to shoot people stealing.. That is clearly against the law..

Officer Byrd was defending a position and couldn't take a step back... He gave plenty of warnings and she had already tresspassed.. There is no way anyone would blame a shop owner who retreated into the back room of his shop for shooting rioters who wanted to attack him... That is fully justified, don't see where anyone arguing with that...

Any way ahy can we just stop Tax Fraud by shooting them... They steal more than looters and shoplifters each year...
