Then you have a link for that? or is it TDS spill over cult talk?...
Who cares what Trump demands. This is overdue. If SCOTUS doesn't do something about the lawfare in this Country, we're going to find ourselves without a Judicial System, maybe -- Altogether.
It's all bluff anyway. Courts have no real enforcement authority. They have no Police, no Soldiers no -- Nothing.
Trump could just start ignoring them completely and what are they gonna do about it? Send him a sternly worded letter??
Leftwing hacks have been overstepping their bounds and elevating themselves to Acting President:
Judge blocks Trump from revoking clearances of firm connected to Russia-collusion hoax
Thousands of fired federal workers must be rehired immediately, judge rules
Trump is demanding that the Supreme Court rein in the hacks.
Wow....Look how easily you swallowed that whole....![]()

Trumpās final pitch to voters: retribution vows,
As the election nears, Donald Trumpās final message to voters is about revenge, with promises for retribution
Retribution remains a key theme of the Trump re-election campaign. Trump has vowed to root out āthe enemy from withinā and said he would consider using the military to go after his political opponents. NPR recently tallied āmore than 100 threats to investigate, prosecute, imprison or otherwise punish his perceived opponentsā from Trump in the last two years.
From cite:High crimes and/or misdemeanors, impeachment.
Here is a list of federal judges who were impeached.
Impeachments of Federal Judges | Federal Judicial Center
Biographies of judges include birth/death, Article III judicial service, other federal judicial service, education, professional career, research resources, and other informationā¦www.fjc.gov
Further, it is argued that federal judges can be removed under the āgood behaviorā clause.
Here is an explanation of that.

Yep, I saw that...But that doesn't mean that there isn't a problem....From cite:
Congress has never removed a federal judge for disagreement with the lawās application or because of difference in political views. Based on this historical practice, the good behavior standard arguably guards against the removal of a federal judge for disagreement with the lawās interpretation or political disagreements.
Conservative judges already do thatYep, I saw that...But that doesn't mean that there isn't a problem....
There's something going on inside our judiciary, and if we don't get a handle on it, then shame on us...
As someone in here stated in an unrelated topic, "The pendulum always swings"... Are you going to be fine with it if Conservative judges start influencing cases based on their ideological viewpoints? I don't think you will...
Which judge did you vote for in the Presidential election ?Of course there is.
Whatās the basis for your opinion that these people should be investigated? All you have is suspicion because judges didnāt rule the way you wanted them to.

So, what you are saying is that you're fine with how liberal federal judges were involved in cases against Trump's civil rights, and you're ok with it now that they are acting to thwart the administration.....Is that right?I had no arguments against Antonin Scalia, and his ability to twist the constitution by coming up with three different definitions of the constitutional definition of "the people".
That aside. My argument isn't in what republican judges do, but in that they lied to the senate during their confirmations.
And lying to congress is certainly impeachable for a judge.
Itās time to ignore these illegal orders.
Itās time to impeach these lawless judges.
Itās time to defund these lawless courts.

So, we can only deport illegals back to their home countries if we are at war with them? Are we at war with Venezuela?
Then no
Don't like when your own tactics are used on you, do you?More stupidity from the authoritarian right. āDo as I say or face cancellation.ā We have a constitution. Unfortunately, the Trumpist right wants to defecate on it in order to get their way. Hopefully, our guardrails will hold or our Constitutional Republic is in serious trouble.
You can only use this act during war.So, we can only deport illegals back to their home countries if we are at war with them?
Are you brain damaged?
