There is legislation, that says he can't do so, legally. Executive orders have to enforce law, clarify law that Congress got passed and signed in to law, NOT create law.

Remain in Mexico until their title8 required hearing does NOT stop any of them from eventually entering for their lawful asylum hearing, it only postpones it and piles it up..... and the policy was cruel with wait times in a camp for up to 5 years, because Trump admin purposely slowed the process....and dangerous.

Congress/Senate needs to pass immigration legislation to address our problems, in a permanent lawful, legal manner and not be lazy and let each president do their own thing, changing like a roller coaster going up and down, and changing with each President.... Just complete chaos between one admin to another admin....imo.

Not cruel at all I repeat, you close the border they stop coming. AS you probably know, under regular circumstances, 85% of asylum requests are denied as bullshit. I have no doubt that Biden's illegals will have a 95% or higher rejection rate
