Not at all. From the beginning he said deportation would have to be done in a humane way. Why does it bother you so much that Trump wants to treat these people humanely while at the same time protecting Americans from the economic harm illegal immigrants do to them?

Yes, humane, but that does not mean it will be painless. Those who are here illegally will have to leave and if they have children who are US citizens the children can stay with friends of relatives here if they are minors or go with their parents.

Illegal immigrants take millions of jobs from poor Americans, keep wages low for poor Americans and send billions of dollars a month back to Mexico to be invested in the Mexican economy instead of in the US economy. In these ways they cause great pain to poor Americans, but the Democrats don't care because by ignoring the damage the illegals do to poor Americans, they secure the Hispanic vote, and to politicians like Hillary, people are just votes.

As Trump said, Mexico will pay for the barrier. The estimated cost of the barrier is $10 billion and $24 billion a month is sent to Mexico from the US. If Mexico refuses to pay, a surcharge of 10% on money transfers to Mexico should be sufficient to pay for the barrier in four years.
