What he should have been concerned with is long gone. He should have considered this when he committed the crime. Neither you or trump didn't seem to mind a politically motivated attack on the Presidents son just to tarnish Biden to help trump win an election. So nobody wants to read or listen to anything about liberal strongholds and bias. He committed the crime in that so called liberal stronghold and just like everybody else, he gets tried in the place where the crime occurred.

Since most sane Americans understand that trump incited the insurrection, trump is not damaged by whatever is being released. He is damaged because of his actions. The allegations are not unproven. Thats why trump has used these tactics to delay.

That is likely. This is about J6 charges IIRC. It's been almost four years now, and the back and forth litigation may run for another decade or so. Squeeze out some blood drops when you can, because otherwise, you can't get no satisfaction.
