Trump has done LESS in two years than any President in history, and what he has done, has been destructive to the nation.

After two years, hundreds of federal jobs remained unfilled and his agenda isn't moving forward. He doesn't read briefs or prepare for meetings. He doesn't spend any time in intelligence briefings and develops his foreign policy by watching TV.
