Since you can’t answer that one - I’ll throw another one at you: in “employment” (such as teaching), you have to apply for a job, interview, and hope they choose you over other candidates. In the military, you enlist.
Just because one is compensated for something do not make it “employment”. My neighbor pays my children to water her plants when she’s out of town. Neither of my very young children are “employed” by my neighbor, you imbecile. If you don’t believe me, ask the government. My children don’t count towards employment numbers, they don’t pay taxes, my neighbor doesn’t have a government-issued EIN, etc.
