Former Secretary Clinton has not been caught at anything.

She is no way responsible for any emails that were classified after the fact.

She is no way responsible for any emails that were not classified at that she sent before those emails. If the emails were no classified at the time of transmission no law was broken. She cannot be responsible for what she did not know.

The media is already saying she should have recognized the classification of those emails immediately. The emails also were classified (with the tags removed).

If by "The Media" you mean Fox, then your bias is blown. The F.B.I. has already stated for the record that there is no criminal investigation.

Ms. Clinton cannot be held responsible for the classification of documents that at the time of transmission WERE NOT CLASSIFIED. IF the document was NOT classifed, how is Ms. Clinton for then classifiying it?

Ms. Clinton receives an email. The email was transmitted without a security classification. Ms. Clinton reads the email and acknowledges the email. At the time of the transmission of the email it was NOT classified. Ms. Clintion was NOT responsible for classification of the message. The sender of message, the originator of the message had/has that responsibility. If the the message was transmitted in plain text without/absent a security warning, then there was no classification. You do understand that right?

Ms. Clinton is not responsible for the failure of the sender of the message for the failure to classifiy the message.

1) When asked if the investigation was criminal, the FBI said, "All their investigations are criminal."

2) If Clinton would receive a letter from a pilot instructor, telling her that 10 Muslims had come in and requested flying lessons, but not the part of taking off and landing and he was worried about it due to 9/11. he wouldn't have labeled it Top Secret. If she was an effective SOS, she would have labeled it such because he included the names and addresses of each student. Then she would send it to the proper agencies.

3) Clinton would be responsible for the sender of the message to classify the message. It was her job to mark it.

4) It was reported in the news that Top Secret marking may have been removed by her or her aides!
