UK government use of Henry VIII clauses to be challenged in court
Good Law Project seeks judicial review over move to change state aid rules after Brexit without a vote in parliament

There seems to be no end to the wickedness of our tory bastard government. This loophole enables them to pass laws by decree and without scrutiny by Parliament. Even rightwingers on here can see that this is not acceptable.
Of course they would win any vote in parliament but it would also shine a spotlight on their attacks on employment and equality rights. And that might prove difficult for them.
The case for a Republic gets stronger every day.
